Sunday Teams Rota (Aug11-Jul12)
PLEASE NOTE: The rota will start from the 7th August and will work on a 4-week rotation - with the 5-week months (October, January, April and July) being covered by the respective team (Team 4, Team 1, Team 2 and Team 3). In order to ensure that all the teams work well together I just wanted to highlight your responsibilities as team members. Everyone is responsible for covering your own shift, so if you know you can’t make a particular Sunday, please arrange to swap with someone else and let your rota leader know. The rota leaders are responsible for checking that the teams are OK for the next Sunday by making contact with the team members by Friday at the latest, this could be by e-mail, text Facebook or whatever method works for each team. The team leaders are responsible for the oversight of each team. The Rota leaders are highlighted in yellow on the spread sheet and the team leaders are also named. If you have any queries then please contact your team leader in the first instance.
