Sometimes we make things too complicated. Jesus didn't come to start a religion, He came to save us and bring us into a relationship with our loving heavenly Father! It's pretty awe-inspiring! Christianity centres around Jesus - who He is, what He has done, what He's doing, and what He's going to do. The 'Good News' that we share is all about this one amazing life. So our passion as a church is simply this: to see people moving 'towards Jesus'. That's what we're all about...
Towards Jesus in three areas:
There are three areas where we want to see people moving towards Jesus:
1. Ourselves. We want to encourage every Christian to take seriously the call to be a disciple of Jesus. This means doing whatever is necessary to cultivate a loving, joyful and obedient life as followers of Jesus.
2. Our church. We want to be deliberate about seeing our Christian brothers and sisters growing in their relationship with God. This involves investing time to be with, pray for and serve our church family. It involves using the gifts and talents the Lord has given us to build each other up until we all become mature and reach unity in the faith. All of us are important and all of us have an important part to play in seeing this happen.
3. Our world. God loves this world and He wants us to love it too. When Jesus asked His disciples to pray 'Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as in heaven', he was asking them to pray that our world would be changed - society turned upside down and lives transformed by the love of God. We believe the good news of Jesus is just too good to be kept inside the walls of church buildings.

To plant a number of relevant and effective Hope congregations in Corby - different expressions of church but all having the 'Hope' DNA!

To see a town-wide movement of young people rising-up who are passionate about Jesus and passionate about changing their world.

To have a 'Hope Centre' in the town - a base for ministry with space for offices, prayer rooms, cafe, community-action projects and youth activities. A high-quality community facility serving the people of Corby.

To seek unity - to honour, pray with, and work alongside the wider Church in the town to see the Kingdom of God extended throughout Corby.
